aideautomotiveScania dealer TruckEast has recently invested in another two trailer electrical testers, complete with diagnostics, from equipment supplier aide automotive.

Having initially purchased two testers in July 2012, TruckEast has since expanded its trailer servicing fleet with two new vans in February, which have been fitted with the TrailerCheck 4 Vans with Remote Code Talk.

Matthew Burke of aide automotive said: “We would like to thank TruckEast for the business and we are pleased to see their trailer servicing business going from strength to strength.

“We feel the return business is testament to the product. Having dealt with James Phillips [of TruckEast’s specialist services division] on the original order for two units, James had the time to see the full benefit of the TrailerCheck in improving trailer servicing for their engineers and the customer, hence the additional order for another two recently.”

TrailerCheck has the capability to power multiple trailers without the inconvenience of continually recharging batteries. TrailerCheck 4 Vans incorporates two air test gauges and check the ABS warning light circuit with an ISO CAN line tests for EBS trailers. The Code Talk diagnostic system is able to read and clear fault codes on all ABS and electronic braking systems.
