Complete coach hire management with Allbus
Allbus is a web-based application which has been designed to simplify the entire coach hire management process. The software can be used to manage accounting (from pre-orders, up to billing), and allows the rapid storage and management of quotations, and one-click confirmation of orders.
Allbus allows services to be organised by assigning the vehicle – and if provided, the driver – by default for confirmed journeys. Service sheets can be created for individual journeys or include details of the whole day.
Allbus, which was created by passenger transport and technology expert Michele Zaccaria, is claimed to combine the experience of ‘old-style’ management with the benefits of the web, allowing users to connect from any computer without having to install the system on their own servers. An intuitive and interactive interface allows interaction with other major websites (from hotel booking to tour operators), allowing integration with third-party suppliers and partners.
The system offers the user access to their reserved area via PC, tablet, iPhone, Blackberry and Android. Operators can view and edit specific categories, while drivers can access their personal pinboard from anywhere and at any time. This includes lists of all the services that need to be carried out, with details of the travel programme which can also be downloaded in PDF.
