CV Show 2015: Tachosys expands remote download functionality

At this year’s event, Tachosys will be promoting the expanded role of its digiDL remote download solution to include real-time driver information. The digiDL supports both Driver Decision Support (DDS) and Counter, similar technologies from tachograph manufacturers Stoneridge and Continental. The data allows operators to see their current driver statuses in relation to drivers’ hours law, which in turn assists with planning.
Tachosys will also use the Show as a platform to launch the next generation digivu and digifobpro download tools, and will once again show off the capabilities of the advanced digiDL models (digiDL-E and EX). A fully operational scale model MAN TGX Truck will output GPS, FMS, Bluetooth and both analogue and digital inputs in real-time.
