RHCV kits out new workshop with Totalkare lifts
An award-winning Renault Trucks dealer has selected workshop equipment provider Totalkare to provide a full suite of mobile vehicle lifts for its new Nottingham workshop.
RH Commercial Vehicles (RHCV) has four sites covering the East Midlands, which provide new and used sales, service and parts, as well as a range of rental options through its sister business RH Rentals.
Its new multi-bay workshop provides repair and maintenance services and benefits from the recent installation of three sets of Totalkare’s cable-free T8DC mobile column lifts and accompanying trailer beam and support stands.
The T8DC lifts are complemented by an additional set of G8AC wash bay mobile column lifts, a fully galvanised solution with sealed bearings for outdoor use that was launched at 2019’s Commercial Vehicle Show.
Both systems lift up to 7,500kg per column and feature adjustable forks that enable the safe and efficient lifting of vehicles with a range of wheel diameters.
All four sets of lifts are being supported by a Totalkare ‘Afterkare’ service package, including two service visits a year and Reports of Thorough Examination.

Totalkare supplies a range of heavy-duty vehicle lifting/testing solutions and aftersales care, including four and two post lifts, forklifter ramp systems and a comprehensive suite of ancillary products, such as transmission jacks, trailer beams and support stands.
The company also launched its new brake tester range last year: the first time the business has introduced non-lifting products to its portfolio.
