Fastview360 helps simplify insurance claims
Among the security solutions available from vehicle CCTV provider Fastview360 is the Auto Claims Management System (AutoCMS), which ensures drivers can conveniently submit evidence required for an insurance claim.
The company offers superfast onboard CCTV that records whilst on the move, storing to a cloud system. Video footage can be downloaded easily and accessed remotely.
“The AutoCMS app ticks all the boxes; evidence, information, video footage and the compilation of an insurance claim form with all parties involved all in one place,” explained head of sales at Fastview360, Nick Billington.
“If evidence is required for a claim, the insurance claim form is created using video footage that was recorded live at the scene. The driver can add photos taken at the scene from his mobile and give his account and the accounts of those present at the scene can be compiled into a form ready to send directly to the insurance company.”
Nick added: “The live viewing and replay features allows customers to use the app as a great training resource when improving driver standards 
and behaviour.”
The capture of data for submission as evidence can be started automatically by the driver pressing the event button that is mounted in the cab, or manually from the customer office.
Other benefits of the system highlighted by Fastview360 include the fact that the side detection kits are in line with the Direct Vision Standard (DVS) scheme. The system is also compliant with FORS Associates and CLOCS Champions, thereby offering further safety benefits.
