It can be used to create records of safety inspections, MOTs, tachograph calibrations, servicing and tax, and also to generate automated reminders for all of these. This provides an effective safeguard against missing deadlines and aids compliance, the company adds, while essential key documents can be stored securely online so that they are instantly accessible for inspections, or for creating board reports.
