DVSA launches new OCRS report for operators
The Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) has announced the launch of a report said to help operators better understand their Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS), the mechanism DVSA uses to calculate the likelihood of an operator being non-compliant.
The new report, which is available alongside existing annual test and roadside encounter reports, is available in a number of formats.
The facility allows operators to see scores for all its licences and request a report for any one of them, once registration to the reports service is complete.
DVSA says it aims to provide reports by email within 48 hours of a request.
Operators who have not already done so can register here to access their scores and reports. Registered users can log in here.
