CV Show 2015: VBG to promote drawbar and underrun systems

VBG will be promoting its drawbar and rear underrun protection (RUP) solutions at this year’s CV Show – including its integrated systems for both drawbar equipment and rear underrun protection.
The company will be launching a new version of its 57mm coupling, designated the 795V-2. It features a quick-change guide funnel which can be specified with standard or extended guide lips. The latter was designed to assist with coupling height differences.
VBG has also added several new side plate versions to the range, and a new jack knife alarm system for the 795V-2 (57mm) and 575V-2 (50mm) couplings.
Another new VBG Group product on the stand is the Onspot automatic traction control system, popular for fire tenders, gritters and ambulances.
