CV Show: Vision Techniques to showcase new anti-rollaway system

The CV Show will present an opportunity for fleet managers to see an interactive demo of VT BrakeSafe, a new system from Vision Techniques, which automatically applies the vehicle handbrake if a driver forgets to when leaving the vehicle. BrakeSafe will activate even when the vehicle’s ignition is switched off, and is suitable for new installs or as a retrofit option.

Vision Techniques will also be demonstrating its award-winning cyclist safety system VT TurnAware – which detects approaching cyclists using video analytics – as well as new upgraded recording technology. VT Record is a 4G live streaming multi-channel DVR with live telematics, while VT Red is a dashboard camera with ‘clip-to-cloud’ event management and 3G streaming functionality.
