CV Show: Descartes to display new SmartAlerts system

Descartes Systems Group will showcase the new SmartAlerts enhancement to its SmartCompliance products at this year’s event.

Stand visitors will learn how SmartAlerts automatic text and email alerts can keep them one step ahead of potential tachograph, drivers’ hours and driving licence issues by eliminating manual data checks and minimising the opportunity for human error.

SmartAlerts works alongside Descartes’ Smartanalysis tachograph analysis solution for drivers’ hours, working time legislation and tachograph regulations. Combined with SmartAlerts, managers can be automatically notified of a number of potential concerns around driver card and vehicle downloads, or driver card file download warnings, making it possible to take immediate action.

SmartAlerts has also been added to Descartes’ SmartLicence online driving licence monitoring and verification offering.
