CV Show 2017: Montracon to celebrate 40 years in trailer sector

At this year’s CV Show, Montracon will be celebrating 40 years in the trailer industry by taking its largest ever stand at the event.

One of three vehicles making a show debut is a twin lifting deck reefer that has been developed to accommodate more pallets than previous Montracon models. It carries 44 altogether: 18 on the upper deck, 18 on the lower and 8 over the swan neck.  This trailer is also displayed fitted with the Axscend Trailermaster: in addition to a reversing safety aid, it provides continuous monitoring of the trailer’s performance with a view to optimising utilisation.

The reefer is joined by two other debut makers, a curtainsider rigid chassis and a more versatile machinery/plant carrier.
