Boosting efficiency with Bosch AC service units
Bosch provides a range of fully automatic air conditioning servicing units suitable for use with commercial vehicles, with options available for the R1234yf and R134a refrigerants.
The units offer a deep recovery function for the full evacuation of the vehicle AC system, says the company, achieving a refrigerant recovery rate of 99 per cent. Accordingly, users can save time and money as well as improving workshop efficiency and service quality, in addition to being environmentally friendly and conserving resources.
The units combine all maintenance functions in a single device, which are said to be easy for users to operate and manage. Maintenance-friendliness was a top priority during development, says 
Bosch, and the units have therefore been designed to allow easy and efficient access to internal components.
Available units include the ‘new standard’ ACS 653 & 663, and the ‘best in class’ ACS 753 & 763.
The ACS 753 & 763 include a swivelling control panel for optimal user-friendliness, and an Integrated leak test for inert gases.
