Majorlift’s caliper and hub removal tools
The portfolio of workshop solutions from equipment provider Majorlift includes caliper and hub removal tools.
Removal of these items for inspection or replacement can be tricky, says Majorlift, and need two technicians to complete the job without risk of damaging the vehicle bodywork or more importantly, endangering the safety of the operator.
“Using these Majorlift tools, the job can be completed quickly and safely by one operative… a win-win situation for all concerned,” said the company.
“Both tools are powered by proven Majorlift hydraulics and the hub jack is fitted with 150mm heavy duty wheels, which make movement around the workshop safe and easy.
“A variety of optional attachments are available to suit different types of hub; one in particular is the hub splitter, which makes light work of parting stubborn rust-affected parts of the hub assembly.”
