JTT helps fleets clean up with Speedy Wash
Vehicle cleaning provider JTT distributes the Speedy Wash portfolio by Bitimec – a range of customisable, built-to-order washing units said to save users time and money when cleaning HGVs.
With a variety of models including battery, diesel, and gasoline-powered machines be it for indoor or outdoor operation, and with heights up to 4.9m, there is a machine to meet every requirement, the company says.
“For those requiring a tough 24/7 outdoor operation, the A225CH is the go-to machine for fleet operators wanting to keep their fleet looking prime on the roads, with the ability to wash up to 40 HGVs on one tank of fuel,” said JTT.
The Speedy Wash A225CH is available with manual start gasoline or diesel engines. With a 370L water tank and up to a 4.9m brush combined with as quick as a four-minute wash (an average time of seven minutes per wash), users can save up to 75 per cent in labour, water, and chemicals in comparison to washing by hand, the firm says.
The autonomous nature of the machine (it carries its own water, detergent, and power) means the machine is completely untethered, providing cleaners the ability to 
seamlessly move from one vehicle to the next.
Key features of the A225CH include a proprietary brush-only inclination system which protects the vehicle from contact with the steel frame while providing maximum stability (up to 10-degree inclination – 20-degree effective wash angle). The hydraulic brush rotation provides 100 revolutions per minute.
