Elaflex adds value with AdBlue nozzle range
Dispensing equipment provider Elaflex Ltd is associated with Elaflex Hiby of Germany, and supplies the UK and Ireland markets.
Elaflex is the producer of the ZVA AdBlue nozzle for cars and commercial vehicles, and also produces the ZVA nozzle found on most forecourts as well as nozzles for aviation, CNG, LNG and LPG DME.
“The nozzle incorporates a unique integrated misfilling prevention spout to stop misfilling of AdBlue,” said the company.

“It is also important to have a suitable hose which will not contaminate the product and for this Elaflex make the Slimline 16 AdBlue Dispensing hose DN 16 for the refilling of light and heavy vehicles with urea solution to ISO 22241.
“The plasticiser-free and leach resistant lining guarantees constant purity of the dispensed urea solution. For even higher results there is the Type EFL with a fluoropolymer lining, DN 16 or 21. All the hoses are permanent, continuously embossed with confirming standards markings.”
Established in 1987, Elaflex Ltd is headquartered in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire with a specialist technical facility in Manchester, where the company provides additional specialised technical work with LPG and white lining equipment as well as training, service repair, assembling, testing and maintenance of hoses, nozzles and couplings.
During 2022, the ZVA AdBlue LV and ZVA AdBlue HV nozzles will be changed to a new ‘Composite Body’, the firm says, which will further improve the easy handling characteristics of the nozzle.
