Spafax, which offers a variety of safety products for the commercial vehicle sector, has recently expanded its portfolio with a range of reverse warning alarms.

“Our new warning alarms include options for multiple warning messages, programmable bespoke messages and white noise, with night-silent and mute functions,” said the company.

“Our Smart alarms incorporate self-resonating circuitry, which constantly measures the ambient noise and automatically adjusts the sound output accordingly, thereby reducing noise pollution.

“Sealed against dust and moisture, vibration resistant and housed in a tough reinforced body, our R10 certified warning alarms provide reliable quality and performance, with fully waterproof options to IP69K.”

Spafax is also known for its range of unbreakable mirrors.

“Available in a variety of approved designs, with heated and motorised options, our unbreakable mirrors are particularly suited for HGV fleets, operating in confined spaces, where assured vision is essential and where mirror breakage is common,” said the firm.

“Spafax unbreakable mirrors eliminate the need for stock, cut vehicle downtime and can reduce annual replacement costs to nil, which in combination with our camera systems, safety lighting and reversing aids, promote a safer operating environment.”

The range includes the VM5 mirror, which  has been designed to offer vision over areas not covered by most existing kerb mirrors. Tests by Loughborough University have highlighted the advantage of the Spafax mirror and how eliminating blind spots has the potential to reduce accidents.

In addition, the company offers a selection of LED amber warning solutions.

“The Spafax R65 LED R10 Certified Beacon range utilises the solid state, maintenance free long-life nature of LED technology,” the company continued.

“36 x 1.5w LEDs available in five standard mounting options with 360° light output in single, double & quad flash R65 flash patterns. With a polycarbonate lens, tough ABS base, IP 65 rating and operating temperature of -30 to 50°C, this premium range of Spafax beacons are ideally suited for all agriculture activities.”

Further safety solutions in the Spafax range include speciality lenses and heavy duty, IP69K wireless explosion-proof camera systems.

“All of our products are designed for ease of installation, operation and maintenance with a build quality inspiring confidence and ensuring safety and long service life,” said the firm.

“The Spafax team relishes working closely with its customers worldwide, developing thoroughly engineered, safe and economic solutions that perform.”
