FORS, the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme, works closely with leading fuel card providers to support the FORS community in reducing fuel costs.

One such provider is FORS Affinity Partner, Fuel Card Services (FCS).

“For operators looking to reduce their fuel bills, FCS offers a wide range of fuel cards that are valid at BP, Shell, Esso and Texaco sites, as well as motorway services, supermarkets and independent retailers,” said FORS.

“These fuel cards are completely free to purchase for FORS accredited operators, saving them £12 annually per card and up to 10p per litre when refuelling.”

The FORS community also receives two months’ worth of free CO2 certificates courtesy of FCS. Thereafter, the certificates are subject to a small weekly charge, with a percentage donated to Cool Earth, the charity that seeks to protect rainforests and prevent climate change.

“FORS Associate, Fleetmaxx Solutions, also offers the FORS community a range of benefits, including free emissions reporting for FORS accredited operators who use a Fleetmaxx fuel card,” FORS added.

“Fleetmaxx also offers free fuel cards, 50 per cent off its licensed AdBlue, and 50 per cent savings on electric vehicle charging for FORS accredited operators.

“For those looking to make the switch to an electrified fleet, the company’s MaxxEV solution makes the transition easy, combining workplace, public and home charging all on one invoice.”
