Silvey Fleet earns IIC Gold accreditation

Fuel card and fleet management solutions provider Silvey Fleet has achieved Gold accreditation, the highest level available, from customer experience specialist Investor in Customers (IIC).

“With a mission to deliver the highest possible standards of customer service, Silvey Fleet is keen to know how customers think they are performing and provides regular opportunities for them to give their feedback,” said the fuel card reseller.

“Inviting them to take part in its IIC journey is further proof of the company’s unfailing commitment to achieve its goal.”

IIC carried out rigorous assessments of Silvey Fleet’s customers and staff, as well as undertaking its own independent research, to evaluate the company’s performance. Gold accreditations are awarded in recognition of outstanding customer experience.

The assessments included testing key principles such as ‘understanding and meeting the customer’s needs’, ‘delighting customers’ and ‘building loyalty’.

Silvey Fleet says the award reflects the company’s culture of listening and responding to the needs of its customers, an approach that has created a positive culture of continuous improvement.
