Bremco adds value with Haweka alignment
Workshop equipment provider Bremco offers a CV wheel alignment solution in the form of the Haweka Axis4000, an electronic system suitable for service workshops, vehicle builders or mobile work.
“This solid and robust system stands out from the competition on a number of levels,” said the company.
“Software has long been a fear for users due to glitchy software and unreliable readings. This is not the case with the Axis4000.”
The system is said to be user-friendly, with complete instructions included to constantly remind technicians of the next step. Combined with Bremco’s training programmes this ensures an easy transition from old manual laser systems to the modern technology, the firm adds.
“Anyone with hands-on experience working on today’s vans, HGVs and agricultural vehicles will know that lots of positions to hang gauges under vehicles are becoming a thing of the past,” Bremco continued.
“The Axis4000 does not require gauges to be hung on the vehicle while the alignment is being completed. Chassis reference is taken at the start of the process and then the scales are mounted in front and to the rear of the chassis on tripods once aligned with the vehicle centreline.
“Repeatable and accurate measurements of all axles can be taken in a matter of minutes. The kit can be supplied in workshop, factory and mobile form to suit companies’ requirements.
“Long two-day training courses on the installation of alignment systems and settings are a thing of the past, getting operators up and running quicker than ever. Remote support can then be provided for software upgrades and further technical training.”
Following the success of the Axis4000, Bremco is also promoting the Haweka CMC4000 chassis measuring system and a new release for 2023 – the SAD500 & MirrorCam calibration system for Mercedes Trucks.
