Convey and Flagship in compliance platform partnership

A new partnership has been announced between driver and vehicle compliance specialist Convey Technology, and consultancy and training provider Flagship Partners.

The relationship gives Flagship Partners’ growing customer base access to Convey’s driver and manager compliance platform, including Fleet Management, Walkaround and Tachograph modules.

Pete Rushmer, managing director of Flagship Partners (pictured, right), said: “We are thrilled to partner with the team at Convey to provide our customers with this powerful business tool giving transparency and data at their fingertips.”

Karen Crispe, commercial director of Convey Technology (pictured below), added: “We’re excited to be working with Pete and the team at Flagship. They share our passion for helping customers as well as supporting the wider industry. Our comprehensive platform is already enabling transport operators of all sizes across the UK to improve their compliance and operational efficiency.”

Using Convey’s system, drivers and managers can access key reports and information via a Single Sign-On platform for all their compliance needs. They can also utilise Driver and Manager Apps, which are said to enable more effective and streamlined working, saving time, money and allowing operators to go completely paperless, if desired.

The Fleet Management module lets users keep ahead of all servicing and maintenance requirements for their vehicles. The Walkaround module enables drivers to perform their usual daily walkaround check electronically, so defects can be reported and rectified quickly. The Tachograph module provides the complete tachograph analysis software solution for all commercial vehicles that are fitted with a tachograph.

Convey Technology is also accredited for the Earned Recognition Scheme for both elements; and customers can take advantage of the Earned Recognition module to review their performance against the standard before they decide to join.

Further benefits highlighted include a single driver and vehicle data repository shared across all modules, an integrated dashboard, permission-based access, exception based alerts and automated reports. Expert support is available, and the system is available on a pay-as-you-use basis with no contracts.

Rushmer and Crispe, who both sit on the CILT Transport & Logistics Safety Forum, attribute the new partnership to their shared vision for operators and drivers to have 24/7 access to the compliance tools they need to enable a safer and more sustainable working environment.
