CV Show 2023 – Brigade: safety solutions

The Commercial Vehicle Show takes place from 18-20 April at the NEC Birmingham.
Safety specialist Brigade will showcase its SidescanPredict ultrasonic detection system. Designed for rigids, SidescanPredict instantly alerts the driver to potential dangers via a multi-stage in-cab visual warning system according to urgency, thus minimising audible alerts and false alarms.
Meanwhile, Brigade’s new side radar detection has been designed to improve safety on both artics and rigids, and can detect whether the vehicle has a trailer.
Careye is a premium, predictive AI camera. It will accurately evaluate images and calculate the future course of motion of nearby people or objects on the nearside of a vehicle, warning the driver in real time of a possible collision before it occurs.
Brigade will also promote its Brigade Van range and Bridge Telematics portfolio.
