JTT mobile washers bring efficiency wins
Washing equipment provider JTT has highlighted the efficiency and environmental credentials of its Bitimec mobile washing solutions.

As UK distributor for the fully autonomous speedy wash solution by Bitimec, JTT says the machines’ onboard detergent, water and power mean the machines can be used across sites, rather than being confined to a single stationary area.
“The two most popular models include the A225CH – which is perfect for 24/7 outdoor use with its diesel- or petrol-powered engine, allowing for the cleaning of up to 30 vehicles on one fill – as well as Bitimec’s newest model, the 626EZLH. The lithium battery allows for spot charging throughout use, prolonging the duration of use, and allowing for up to 50 vehicles per use.”
All Bitimec machines come with a central drive wheel, which is said to facilitate smooth operation and ease of use.
“Deadlines are a key component for any logistics manager; building time in for cleaning can make jobs harder than necessary, especially if your cleaning solution relies on drivers or cleaning personnel hand-washing with brushes and pressure washers,” said JTT.
Its solutions are said to reduce cleaning time from 40+ minutes per vehicle to just 3-7 minutes (dependent on speedy wash options); and the company offers a free demonstration service at prospective customers’ own yards, to help ascertain the best model for their needs.
