Since late 2022, Versus UK Ltd has become a new player in the UK market for the sale of sliding roofs, sliding tarpaulin rollers, plastic buckles and other trailer parts.

The company emerged from Stronghold International, and is part of the Belgian firm Versus-Omega, which develops sliding and lifting roofs and sliding tarpaulin systems for trailers.

“Stronghold International Ltd has held the exclusive distribution rights for Versus-Omega’s folding roofs in the UK since 2010,” said Versus UK.

“Because Versus UK Ltd was founded by a team of former employees of Stronghold International Ltd, they not only have around 13 years of experience with Versus-Omega products, but also over 35 years of combined experience in the sector.

“Alan Westwood, director of Versus UK Ltd, has himself worked for Stronghold International Ltd for an impressive 32 years. Alan and his colleagues have extensive knowledge of Versus-Omega’s sliding roofs and tarpaulin systems and are proud to offer these products in the UK.”

Versus UK Ltd says it aims to provide its customers with excellent service combined with competitive prices. The full range includes plastic buckles, rollers, track lubricants, pallet straps and suspended load restraint systems. The company additionally offers sliding pillars and top carriages suitable for all rail systems.

The full range of Stronghold’s plastic buckle, rollers and parts is available directly from stock at Versus UK Ltd.

The company exhibited its product range at last month’s Commercial Vehicle Show (pictured) and is also working on the development of new roof and roller systems, together with curtain systems for both trailers and rigid vehicles.
