Alentec Orion unveils NexU fluid management
Oil management specialist Alentec Orion has introduced its NexU system, a new development in fluid handling solutions.
NexU is said to provide users with the information and control required to make their operations more profitable. Just like the established Orion OriLink, says the company, NexU is adaptable to the user’s way of working.
The hybrid system provides the advantages of both wireless flexibility and hard-wired reliability, it adds, managing dispensed and stored fluids throughout the workshop, and offers increased flexibility due to advances in dispensing technology to ensure fluid accountability.
Main components include U-net, the central processing unit which controls all functions and communications, wired or wireless.
The U-dat system keypad with touchable screen provides full access to NexU and U-track; while the U-valve all-in-one flow control unit includes a pulse meter solenoid valve filter for operational control with all system components.
