Inspections made easier with CheckedSafe
Among the suite of features within the CheckedSafe compliance system’s app and management portal are a variety of functions to assist with vehicle inspection and testing, including preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs).

“Our bespoke template can ensure you’re inspecting everything that you need to; you may also want LOLER or other quality checks alongside general PMIs. We can provide all those for you.”
The system also offers job card functionality.
“Once the PMI is completed and any defects found, the senior can allocate the jobs out to workshop staff who can undertake the task – recording it via the app which, once submitted, notifies the line manager and updates the cloud,” said CheckedSafe.
“Once the PMI is completed, you can add costs using our cost calculator in the vehicle folder. You can also attach documents to the inspection so it collates all the information in your vehicle file.”
Following the completion of the PMI, CheckedSafe adds, the system will reschedule so the process can be repeated, and send out notifications on the weekly and monthly summary bulletin.
Thanks to the ability to create any template, the CheckedSafe system can also be used for garage and kit inspections, and record the results for health and safety purposes.
