Motion cleans up with Speedy Wash
Motion Cleaning Machines is the official supplier in the UK for the Bitimec Speedy Wash solution, the autonomous and mobile vehicle cleaning system.

The Speedy Wash tackles the challenges faced by logistics managers regarding cleaning schedules and vehicle turnaround times, says the supplier, as well as demands on labour.
“Traditional manual washing, which is notoriously labour-intensive, takes upwards of 45 minutes per vehicle using a pressure washer. In contrast, the Speedy Wash can complete the task in just 3-7 minutes depending on the model, significantly cutting down cleaning times while also eliminating the substantial installation costs associated with gantry setups.
“Equipped with its own power and water supply as well as chemical tank (depending on the model), the Speedy Wash drastically reduces the time and expense associated with vehicle cleaning. Its mobility allows for easy relocation across different areas of a yard to clean vehicles, providing a flexible alternative to stationary wash bays.”
Two leading speedy wash models include the A225CH, designed for constant outdoor usage due to its diesel or petrol engine, capable of cleaning up to 30 vehicles with a single tank, as well as the 626EZLH, the newest model to the Speedy Wash range. With a lithium battery that supports intermittent charging, the 626EZLH’s lithium batteries capability can extend its operational time to accommodate cleaning up to 50 vehicles in one session.
The A225CH comes equipped with either manual or electric start options and can be powered by gasoline or diesel engines. It features a hydrostatic drive system that enables it to make sharp turns effortlessly, says Motion. Additionally, the water pump and brush are powered by hydraulic oil.
The 626EZLH and its lithium battery cell guarantees non-stop working cycles thanks to the quick recharge, says the firm, which can be completed during the inevitable stops to refill the water tank. Combined with the easy drive system (EZ), the 626EZLH’s operation is said to be simple and easy to use.
