Sentinel Systems says its AI-powered PSS Kit is specifically designed to keep vehicles compliant with the Progressive Safe System (PSS) requirements set to be introduced as part of the Direct Vision Standard (DVS) in October 2024.

“This comprehensive kit includes a range of components designed to enhance vehicle safety significantly including an AI moving off information system (MOIS) powered front camera, blind spot information system (BSIS) side camera, left turn alarm, and in-cab driver alarm,” said Sentinel.

“The in-cab monitor that is fitted with this kit simultaneously shows the MOIS and BSIS cameras when a person is detected. The kit is completed with essential accessories like fuse holders, mounting bases, and the necessary cables, ensuring a complete, ready-to-install package that will keep your vehicles PSS and DVS compliant.”

The company’s full product range includes camera and video telematics systems, sensor kits and radar equipment, all designed, developed, and manufactured by its team.

“This control in production not only guarantees better quality but also allows us to tailor our solutions to meet specific client needs, including full compliance with DVS, FORS, and CLOCS,” said the firm.

“At Sentinel Systems, we pride ourselves on offering more than just products. Our dedicated team of in-house engineers is deployed for installation and ongoing maintenance across the UK. And, with local support through England, Scotland and Wales, we guarantee our clients receive a comprehensive service that extends far beyond their initial purchase.”
