ZF expands training offer for commercial fleets
ZF [pro]Academy is now offering additional training solutions tailored to commercial vehicle fleets via its revamped training centre at its UK Centre of Competence, to help support customers in the bus, coach and truck markets.
As a vehicle’s control system become increasingly complex, there is a growing demand for efficient, practical and flexible training solutions, says ZF. Recognising this challenge, ZF [pro]Academy has expanded its curriculum to cover a range of products essential to CV fleets, including transmissions, gearboxes, Wabco air compressors and other ZF offerings.
David Wakeling, head of Commercial Vehicle ZFSUK – ZF Group, commented: “Everything we do, we do with the customer in mind, and by providing comprehensive training on a whole host of products, services and systems, we can support their thirst for knowledge by equipping them with the latest industry insights to better service the market and ensure more efficient fleet operation.
“The investment in our newly revamped training centre at our Nottingham site serves as a hub to highlight our proven expertise and champion UK engineering, showcasing our dedication to leading the way in both current diesel vehicle technology and the future of transportation.
“Ultimately, this initiative reflects our customer-centric approach, emphasising practical learning tailored to all skill levels, from apprentices to experienced technicians.”
