OTC is on the move

The Office of the Traffic Commissioner is moving from its current address at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds to new premises at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE, on 16 September, 2024.

The move affects all licensing teams within the OTC, and the teams handling public inquiries for the North East of England.

From 16 September 2024 any correspondence for the licensing team or North Eastern Traffic Area Hearing Centre should be directed to Quarry House. Telephone numbers are not affected.

The last public inquiry will be held in Hillcrest House on 16 September 2024. For a short period, public inquiries will be held at other venues in the local area.

Operators called to attend an inquiry, should follow all instructions in the letter. Public inquiries will commence at Quarry House during October 2024.

Operators who need to attend Quarry House for any reason should ensure they follow all instruction given, including the need to show photo ID to gain entry to the building.
