SEFAC, the French mobile lift manufacturer and worldwide workshop equipment provider, has continuously developed ranges of lifting and support equipment tailored for the maintenance of heavy-duty vehicles.

“Combining technology and safety features, SEFAC mobile lifts have been designed to improve workshop efficiency,” said the company.

“SEFAC electro-mechanical technologies lead the market in safe and reliable lifts. Their well-crafted and light designs make it easy to manoeuvre around the workshop.”

The SEFAC lifts range includes its cabled lift, PME 82 S5, with a lifting capacity of 8.2t per lift. Its irreversible bronze nut lifting system prevents risks of accidents, says SEFAC, since the lift cannot be operated if not manually activated. This technology does not require high maintenance, says the company, and will also save time and money.

“Its patented bronze nut quick change device enables to change the nut at your site within minutes. Easy to set up with looped inter-connecting cables, the PME 82 S5 is configurable with up to 8 columns.”

Meanwhile, SEFAC’s wireless lift, the PME 75 SW, is said to offer smart communication with its patented SWiP protocol that guarantees an interference-free operation to bring peace of mind to users, even in busy workshop environments.

“Designed to lift up to 7.5t per column, Its ball screw lifting system ensures levelling control with accurate correction of +/- 6 mm, which gives the lift added safety,” said SEFAC.

“All lifts communicate in synchronicity with no need for primary or secondary assignations. The set can be operated from any columns through its intuitive screen which provides all the information needed to operate your lifts effectively, including auto diagnostic for a better experience. For even more flexibility its interchangeable pendant can be easily used with all lifts in the set.”

SEFAC lifts have been designed for longevity, says the company, and can be provided with a cover to better protect lifts while used outdoors.
