Fuel card solutions from RHA
The Road Haulage Association has outlined details of the fuel card options it can provide for members to help support their operations.
“Commercial transport businesses are facing rising cost pressures; we need the new government to reduce the growing financial burden on operators to ensure our industry is there to deliver for the rest of the economy,” said the association.
“To assist members of the Road Haulage Association with rising fuel costs, we have partnered with The Fuelcard Company and Allstar to offer simple fuel management and payment solutions for businesses. “
Three options are available. The RHA Fuel Card is designed to help operators master fuel management across the UK’s largest commercial fuel network, says the association. Pricing tracks the average wholesale fuel price at a fixed margin across the entire network; this is said to provide users with the best value for money all year round.
Meanwhile, Allstar Chargepass Card is a combined fuel and electric charging card for mixed fuel fleets, helping them to power their electric transition no matter where they are on the journey.
Thirdly, the Allstar Business Expense Card can assist with business’ cashflow flexibility, with up to 44 days’ interest-free credit on purchases like paying suppliers and buying stock.
“No matter the size of your business, we have the right payment solution to optimise your fuel spending, support your transition to electric vehicles, or streamline your business expenses – allowing you to focus your efforts on your customers,” said the RHA.
