Greenergy, an established supplier of transportation fuels and a leading European manufacturer of biodiesel from wastes, has explained how it can support operators in decarbonising their existing fleets with cost-effective lower carbon fuel solutions that they can start using today.

The company operates three plants producing biodiesel from waste, which are then blended into diesel and petrol to displace fossil fuels and reduce carbon emissions.

“As a manufacturer and established supplier, Greenergy are able to offer their customers high bio blends ranging from B20 (average 20 per cent biodiesel) up to B100 at competitive prices,” said the company.

“Higher percentage biodiesel blends are a lower carbon fuel solution that can be successfully adopted by fleets operators looking to start reducing their greenhouse gas emissions immediately.”

Through its own haulage fleet, Greenergy Flexigrid, the firm says it understands the challenges fleet operators are facing as they look to decarbonise their operations.

“We understand that a cost-effective renewable fuel solution is key for fleet operators so they can continue operations without disruption,” said Caroline Lumbard, UK trading director at Greenergy.

“Our supply chain and established distribution network, that is supported by our in-house haulage operations, allows us to offer our customers renewable fuel solutions that allows them to immediately start reducing their carbon emissions.”
