AS 24 boosts fleet management efficiency

For more than 35 years, AS 24, a subsidiary of the TotalEnergies company, has been specialising in fuel distribution for transport professionals. The company also offers PASSango toll services, and a range of solutions to optimise truck fleet management.

These include Tak&drive, an exclusive service from AS 24. It is a practical solution for retrieving drivers’ data stored in the digital tachograph when they go through a station.

In addition, the PASSango EuroPilot box incorporates GPS tracking technology, which allows real-time tracking of fleets from the Customer area.

Meanwhile, Findit! is a complete solution to improve the management of trailer fleets, designed to increase usage rates and to enable users to locate stolen or lost trailers thanks to boxes installed on the trailer units. Users can receive alerts to anticipate regulatory inspections, and monitor uncoupling and unauthorised movements.

The AS 24 Customer Area allows management of the entire fleet in complete security, adds the company. Accessible on computer, tablet and smartphone, it provides a clear, real-time overview of vehicle activity, including the management of fuel cards and toll tags: creation, deletion, cancellation, alerts, ceilings, etc; expenditure tracking, including access to service station prices and transaction/invoice details; expense control measures, such as monitoring transaction anomalies; and GPS tracking of the fleet.

The AS 24 secured card makes it possible to optimise the management of resources and the fleet through additional services.

With the Infinite offer, customers benefit from an all-inclusive service combining security, cost control and support. Advantages are said to include maximum security due to a chip that cannot be cloned; the ability to suspend and reactivate cards at the click of a button in the event of loss or theft; the ability to set budget, calendar and geographical blocking limits; easy exploitation of transaction data; and the generation of alerts for abnormal card use.

AS 24 is continuing to digitalise its services and offers two mobile apps: ‘Driver’, designed to allow drivers to locate all service stations in the network (with details of any closures or work in progress); and ‘Fleet Manager’, to allow managers to access the main functions of the Customer Area on their smartphones.
