CV Show 2025 Preview – Podfather: haulier management system
The 2025 Commercial Vehicle Show will take place from 29 April to 1 May at the NEC Birmingham.

Podfather will be launching a Haulier Management System called Podswap, which enables and manages the sharing of transport jobs between owner-operated and third-party fleets.
It provides a common platform for job allocation, tracking, invoicing, and proof of delivery (POD) management, and allows seamless coordination of work and the provision of completed job confirmations to all parties.
Podswap allows jobs to be automatically uploaded and allocated, making optimum use of an operator’s own fleet and third-party fleets. Loads can be tracked, and deliveries confirmed using the Podfather POD driver app.
Electronic POD features include electronic signatures backed by photographs, all time/date and location-stamped. For companies receiving and completing work from others, Podswap can also be used to manage the entire process.
