Pressure washing equipment provider Rhinowash has explained how its products can help keep CV operators’ fleets clean, efficient and operational.

Rhinowash has been at the forefront of industrial pressure washing solutions for more than 50 years, the company says, delivering robust and reliable equipment to some of the UK’s most demanding industries.

“From haulage and logistics companies to local councils and emergency services, our mission is simple: keep your vehicles clean, your operations efficient, and your downtime to an absolute minimum,” it said.

Based in Wishaw, Scotland, Rhinowash designs, manufactures, installs, and services its entire product range in-house.

“Our pressure washers aren’t off-the-shelf systems – they’re engineered to thrive in the most extreme conditions and meet the specific requirements of heavy-use commercial fleets,” said the firm.

It offers solutions that are purpose-built for commercial vehicles.

“Vehicle cleanliness isn’t just about appearance – it’s about performance, safety, and compliance. With the rise of stringent environmental and operational standards, HGV and PSV operators can’t afford ineffective or unreliable cleaning processes.

“Our RX Series and ST Series static pressure washers are built to serve high-throughput wash bays, delivering consistent, high-pressure cleaning to fleets of all sizes.

“Whether you’re operating refrigerated trailers, gritters, refuse trucks, or long-distance coaches, Rhinowash systems remove even the most stubborn grime and contaminants.”

The company also highlights its Quick Swap Modular Design, which it says enables it to offer a guaranteed first-time fix within 24 hours.

“It’s why many operators regard us not just as a supplier – but as a partner in their operational success.”

Rhinowash says its products are built for all seasons; with UK operators facing harsh winters and unpredictable weather, it has built in essential features like Arctic Frost Protection and thermal insulation systems.

“These allow Rhinowash equipment to function even in sub-zero temperatures, minimising weather-related downtime that can bring fleet operations to a standstill.

“Our hose reel management systems also play a vital role in workplace safety, reducing the risk of slips, trips and costly frost damage to essential cleaning components.”

The company added: “We recognise that sustainability is no longer optional –  it’s expected. That’s why our newest model, the Rhino One, is a circular economy innovation, designed for long-term hire and full modular refurbishment.

“It drastically reduces waste, extends service life, and has been proven to lower GHG emissions by up to 60 per cent over a 25-year lifecycle when compared to traditional systems.

“It’s also fully HVO-ready, helping fleets reduce their environmental impact with no compromise on cleaning performance.”

The firm concluded: “Rhinowash is trusted by hundreds of commercial transport operators across the UK. Every solution is tailored, and every customer is supported by our expert engineers and service team.

“As fleet pressures grow, your wash system shouldn’t be a source of stress – it should be a dependable part of your infrastructure. With Rhinowash, you don’t just buy a machine – you invest in a British-made, fleet-ready cleaning solution backed by service you can rely on.”
