GreenChem’s contactless AdBlue payment solution
AdBlue specialist GreenChem has introduced Smart Pay, an AdBlue storage and dispensing system designed to provide seamless refuelling for AdBlue retailers and users, vans, and light to heavy trucks.
Equipped with a secure, 24/7 contactless payment system, it supports debit/credit cards and mobile payments, with loyalty and fuel card options in development.
“Most existing hauliers have some sort of home base AdBlue filling system in their yard, albeit an IBC or a bulk system, however there is increasing demand for more retail bulk AdBlue availability,” said GreenChem.
“With the growing number of plastic 10-litre cans reaching circa 10 million a year, GreenChem have developed a standalone integrated bulk retail contactless payment AdBlue dispensing system suitable to be placed in most locations.”
The Smart Pay system simply requires a permanent 240-volt supply, and aims to avoid the issue of discarded empty or part-empty plastic cans littering forecourts or laybys.
“Designed for maximum convenience and flexibility, Smart Pay’s compact footprint allows for easy installation in space-constrained areas, such as service station islands or other high-traffic locations,” said GreenChem.
“With automated management and secure transactions, it ensures a hassle-free and efficient AdBlue refuelling experience anytime, anywhere.”
Speed and security of payment are among the highlighted benefits.
“Our Smart Pay systems are designed with the user’s best interest. Users can tap and pay securely without having to go to the cashier. Multiple cards are compatible.”
Further highlighted advantages include ease and efficiency of refilling via a nozzle, reduced filling time as compared to cans, the elimination of plastic waste, and 24/7 accessibility.
“GreenChem AdBlue is made with highest quality materials and is ISO 22241-1 certified,” the company added.
