The cloud-based B.Smart system can be used for any size fleet, the company says, and is able to monitor unlimited dispensers across multiple geographical sites in a single portal.
The system provides full management control for litres dispensed, vehicle recognition, driver recognition and access restrictions, date and mileage, and remote monitoring and control.
Managers can remotely enable and disable driver access to the pump to control who can dispense fuel. If no authorisation is provided, no fuel will be dispensed.
Once refuelling is completed, date, driver, vehicle, mileage and quantity data can be sent straight to the cloud in real-time via Wi-Fi or mobile network. Managers can access reports via PC or smartphone whenever and wherever required.
The web-based portal means that no software installation is required, only a login – meaning no reinstallation is required when a PC is replaced. There are no ongoing monthly or annual cloud hosting fees, the company adds.
