Fixed-price fuel solutions from Portland
Since 2009, fuel specialist Portland has been offering a range of fixed price solutions designed to guarantee diesel and HVO costs, serving a client base that includes haulage businesses, own-fleet operators and bus and coach companies.
The Yorkshire-based supplier offers delivery of commercial fuels at a long-term fixed price by road tanker, via fuel cards and network transfers, as well as providing financial hedging for those businesses that may not wish to change supplier.

It is possible to fix a pence per litre cost for up to 18 months in advance with Portland, which does not charge a fee to lock in a price and cites very low minimum volume commitments.
