RTX 2026 – DVSA: road safety and compliance
The 2026 Road Transport Expo will take place from 30 June to 2 July at NAEC Stoneleigh.
Stand: N27
DVSA will showcase how it is improving road safety and compliance through smarter standards, targeted enforcement and data‑led technology.
Marian Kitson, director of enforcement, will deliver a keynote on the Knowledge Stage, setting out how DVSA focuses on the most serious and serially non‑compliant operators while reducing unnecessary burden on compliant businesses.
Phil Breen, national account manager for Earned Recognition, will speak about how the free‑to‑join scheme is delivering value for operators, businesses and supply chains – supporting fewer roadside stops, enhanced reputation and a competitive edge in securing contracts.
Matthew Thompson, national ANPR discovery manager, will explain how the award‑winning Strategic Traffic Management Office (STMO) uses advanced traffic technology and real‑time intelligence to keep the network moving safely and efficiently.
