100 Tiger double-deck reefers for Romac Logistics
Temperature-controlled transport specialist Romac Logistics has strengthened its fleet with the introduction of 100 moving double-deck refrigerated trailers from Tiger, which are set to help the fleet operator maximise efficiency across its network.
Designed for up to 54 pallets, the new Tiger moving double-deck refrigerated trailers are engineered with operator safety and durability in mind, says the manufacturer. Fitted with Thermo King A500 single-temperature refrigeration units, the trailers will help Romac Logistics increase payload capacity while reducing vehicle movements, supporting its operational efficiency and sustainability objectives.
On his firm’s longstanding partnership with both Tiger Trailers and dealer Diamond Trucks – through which the operator has invested in 200 Renault T480 tractors – Rob McAdoo, founder of Romac Logistics, said: “It was essential that our fleet evolved alongside our infrastructure.
