Rowley Auto Services aligns with Bremco
Wheel alignment equipment specialist Bremco has recently installed its latest Axis4000 system for truck and van applications at Rowley Auto Services, a leading Midlands repair, service and testing facility provider.
Established in 1980, Rowley Auto Services has grown into a trusted provider of vehicle repairs and maintenance across the region. The business has expanded with Rowley Commercial, its dedicated ATF testing department in Coventry, offering full HGV and trailer MOT facilities.
Rowley ordered the heavy commercial wheel alignment kit and added the light commercial upgrade kit, increasing the equipment’s cost-effectiveness. The addition of the new Axis4000 system will give the maintenance provider the capability to strengthen the portfolio of services it offers to customers.
The kit can be used throughout the workshop, says Bremco, so no fixed bay is required. The kit gauges do not need to be hung from the chassis unlike some systems, but they continue to use the centre line of the chassis for accuracy, using smart camera measurement.
The manufacturer-approved system can be tablet or laptop-controlled, enabling easy use due to its portability. Printouts can be created before and after the adjustments to provide evidence to the customer. Average measuring can be completed within three minutes.
Alongside the wheel alignment capability and its test lane, Rowley provides a wide range of services for commercial vehicles, including tachograph calibrations, loaded brake testing, LOLER inspections, PMI support and general HGV repairs. The firm has also invested in a dedicated HGV bodywork spray booth and provides light commercial vehicle repairs to the fleet industry.
“With continued investment in modern equipment, such as our new four-wheel laser alignment system, we remain focused on helping operators keep their fleets compliant, reliable and road-ready,” said the company.
“Looking ahead, we are expanding with an additional two-lane building and increasing capacity to three brake roller testers to further support our customers.”
