CV Show 2026 – Calatherm: thermal management

Calatherm will be promoting the launch of its new BTMS (Battery Thermal Management System) 2.
Business development director Daniel Jackson explained: “With the launch of BTMS 2, we have been able to broaden our capability to support a wider range of electric vehicle applications across both on-highway and off-highway applications.”
BTMS 2 is a cooling-only system rated up to 6 kW, designed for applications where battery heating is not required. By focusing purely on cooling performance, BTMS 2 offers a simpler and more streamlined solution while still supporting both active and passive cooling through a separate radiator pack.
Calatherm’s BTMS solutions are suitable for a wide range of EV applications, including commercial and municipal vehicles, and bus and coach platforms.
