MAHA UK continues Bowler Racing partnership for BTRC 2026

MAHA UK has announced the extension of its partnership with Bowler Racing for the 2026 British Truck Racing Championship (BTRC).

The workshop equipment supplier has collaborated with the Stockport outfit for the last two seasons, enjoying race victories and podiums on the track while supporting events off the track. Most notably, John Bowler made an impactful presence on MAHA UK’s stand during last year’s Road Transport Expo, where visitors were able to take selfies with the BTRC driver and receive an autograph.

John, owner of haulage company T W Bowlers, is entering his 10th season in BTRC, and begins the new season following the most successful year to date, culminating in a fourth-place finish in the Division One standings. He is hoping for more trips to the podium in 2026.

John said: “I’m very pleased to partner with MAHA UK into the 2026 season. After years of support, MAHA has grown with the team with a competitive hands-on approach. We look forward to assisting the team at Transport Expo and push the MAHA UK brand throughout this season.”

On the season ahead, John added: “After holding onto third position throughout most of the 2025 season, we are looking forward to a competitive start to 2026.”

MAHA UK’s logo decorated the doors and mud guards of the MAN TGX truck last season. This year the livery will return, and the brand will also appear prominently on John’s race suit.

MAHA UK managing director, Neil Ebbs, said: “Bowler Racing and MAHA UK have enjoyed a wonderful partnership so far. John is a bubbly, popular member of the BTRC community and is always willing to go above and beyond as a partner – whether meeting guests of ours during race weekends or attending trade events.

“Last season was a great advert of our partnership, but we think we can go one better in 2026, and we look forward to hitting the ground running.”

The season gets underway at Brands Hatch over Easter weekend (4 and 5 April), which will see the five-tonne, 1,000bhp machines thundering down the Indy circuit and headlining an event schedule that includes five races.

MAHA UK will be supporting Bowler Racing from the first set of lights to the final chequered flag on 1 November – again at Brands Hatch Indy – where the last of 34 rounds will decide the winner of this year’s championship.
