A brake test is only as good as the load it simulates. BM Autoteknik pioneered the first brake testers to lift the roller bed hydraulically. Liftmaster supplies and services the full range across the UK.

 

The commercial testers cover 20,000kg per axle for HGV, PSV and trailer testing, from the in-ground BM14200 and BM18200 units to the mobile BM20200 that needs no groundworks and is the only mobile machine capable of built-in load simulation. We can pair with play detectors and the FlexCheck IT system for a full ATF lane or simple brake testing. Operation can be completed as a one-man test using a tablet and DVSA DTP numbers to accurately test each vehicle.
