CV Show 2017: Transdek to launch XL double deck trailer

Transdek UK is launching a new XL double deck trailer, custom-built for Boots UK, at the CV Show this year. The company will also be exhibiting one of its award-winning Wedge trailers and the latest V2G (vehicle to ground) modular, integrated lift-loadhouse.

The 13.6-metre XL double deck trailer has an overall height of 4.1 metres, and is intended for high volume logistics operations to distribution centres or larger stores, where sites and routes are restricted in height. It carries up to 60 per cent more load than a standard 13.6-metre artic.

Meanwhile, the ambient Wedge double deck trailer offers a 52-pallet capacity for loads up to 1,863mm in height. Both trailers feature Transdek’s patented V-Glide double deck rear doors.
