Greenergy fuel supply keeps fleets on the road
Utilising its access to infrastructure and supply chain expertise, along with its own in-house haulage company, Flexigrid, national fuel carrier Greenergy says it is able to offer end-to-end supply to create cost and operating efficiencies for its customers.
The company, which has been providing fuel for over 25 years, cites the low cost and reliability of its offering. It supplies fuel from 25 terminals across UK and Ireland, and manages its own fuel stock at ten of these locations, importing fuel products from global sources.
With its own oil in tank, Greenergy manages the movement of its fuel and is able to divert product as needed to meet any changes in customer demand, says the firm, thus providing resilience to its customers. This has been proven in recent months with extreme changes to demand, the company adds, having maintained customer service levels throughout.
The support of Flexigrid is said to provide greater end-to-end control and flexibility, backed by a UK based 24/7 customer service team. Thanks to scheduling, resourcing and customer service teams all operating in-house, and direct communication with its drivers, Greenergy says it can offer high levels of service and resilience for its customers, either through a self order or inventory management model.
Caroline Lumbard, UK trading director at Greenergy, said: “Our supply chain optionality and access to strategic infrastructure allows us to minimise product costs and ensure competitive supply resilience for our customers.
“This has never been more important for our customers, and our dedicated team are available when you need them most.”
Greenergy also supplies higher percentage biodiesel blends, including B20. The biodiesel used in Greenergy’s B20 is manufactured from waste in the UK at Greenergy’s own facilities on Humberside and Teesside. The inclusion of higher percentage biodiesel blends offers immediate carbon savings with no capital investment, at competitive prices, the firm says.
