CV Show 2021 – Trailar: solar technology

The 2021 Commercial Vehicle Show will take place at the NEC Birmingham from 31 August to 2 September.
Trailar will be promoting its solar panel technology with the aid of four large scaled-down model vehicles.
The trailer, rigid truck, refrigerated van and bus models have been created to allow visitors to easily see, touch and feel the solar technology without the need to climb to the roof of a real vehicle. The number of solar panels on each model is representative of the amount of panelling on real-world vehicles.
The company will be welcoming visitors to its stand to discuss the technology’s benefits for each vehicle type with the Trailar team. Staff will also be using tablets to demonstrate live to visitors the Trailar Insights telematics platform, included as standard on all Trailar products at no extra charge.
