CV Show 2021 – Truckfile: voice-directed job recording

The 2021 Commercial Vehicle Show will take place at the NEC Birmingham from 31 August to 2 September.
Digital workshop and fleet management specialist Truckfile is set to be the talk of the Show, thanks to its new voice-directed solution specifically designed for CV technicians.
“Now in partnership with integration specialist Dakota, the new Truckfile Voice solution allows anyone carrying out a service, repair or inspection to record the job using entirely verbal commands spoken into a microphone on a headset,” said the company.
“Featuring Honeywell voice-directed technology, the new solution has the potential to speed up process efficiency by up to 20 per cent, promising significant productivity gains for busy workshops. Live trials begin soon.”
Truckfile experts will be on hand to explain how the firm supports Earned Recognition status, and discuss its Workshop Web system.
