Driving compliance with RHA software suite

The Road Haulage Association (RHA) offers three software solutions on a single platform to assist fleet managers with tachograph and roadworthiness compliance.

The first is RHA Tachograph Analysis, designed for haulage and coach operators, which enables operators to keep on top of a range of compliance and reporting requirements, including for DVSA Earned Recognition.

“It provides operations offices with a powerful reporting tool that can work across multiple depots, drivers and vehicles, and can be used for both digital and analogue records,” said the RHA.

“It also includes the WalkMe intuitive online help functionality, with dynamic step-by-step, easy-to-follow instructions. This feature has been designed to guide RHA Analysis users through using the software.”

Highlighted benefits of the tachograph analysis package include multi-site control features, tachograph infringement and faults reporting, secure online document management, secure digital signature capability, driver portal tracking infringements, and a time management and rota tool.

There are no hidden costs, says the RHA, and the software also features unlimited vehicle downloads and unlimited online data storage, and integration with the RHA Daily Defect App.

The second service on the platform is RHA Fleet Maintenance. It provides live fleet maintenance and management functionality, and is said to reduce risk as all day-to-day vehicle and O-licence information is held in one place.

It features real-time maintenance schedules, interactive dashboards and alerts, live visibility of vehicles and drivers, and online document storage for daily checks, defects and repair rectifications.

“RHA Fleet is DVSA Earned Recognition-approved, and because it too sits on the all-in-one platform, it allows users to switch seamlessly between tacho analysis, daily checks and maintenance for complete control,” said the RHA.

Features include maintenance planning and records, safety inspections, defect reporting, vehicle history, real-time updates, O-licence checks, brakes and tyres, LOLER checks and repairs, tax and insurance, tachograph calibration, and electronic scheduling and PMI sheets.

RHA Defect App is the third product. It provides instant feedback on vehicle roadworthiness checks such as brakes, lights, indicators, loads and coupling security, as well as allowing the uploading of photographs, and enabling the immediate transfer of information to the user’s traffic office.

“Reliable, secure, and time-stamped for accuracy, it minimises vehicle down-time and paper-based admin-istration,” said the RHA.

“It is fully customisable and can be configured for any type of vehicle or trailer. Transport managers can be alerted to issues in real time.”

RHA Defect App is available on both iTunes and Google Play Store, and is integrated with RHA Fleet.
