Brendeck has CV washing covered

Brendeck specialises in the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of CV wash systems, for a variety of market sectors throughout the UK and Ireland, including road haulage, emergency services and utilities – for applications ranging from tankers and artics to small rigids and vans.

“From our excellent central location in Alfreton, Derbyshire, we deliver the complete commercial vehicle wash solution, tailored to meet the budgets of small and large businesses alike,” said the company.

“Brendeck are one of the largest suppliers in the industry with over 30 years of commercial wash system experience; in this time we have built up a first-class team with a reputation for delivering innovative commercial vehicle wash systems that are underpinned by the company’s ISO 9001 accreditation.”

Brendeck works alongside many major UK brands such as Asda, British Airways, Gist (M&S), Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Wincanton.

Its product range includes a three-brush rollover for truck or bus; fixed arch systems for refuge, tankers and irregular shaped vehicles; water recycling and rainwater harvesting systems; hot/cold static and mobile pressure washers; and under-chassis wash systems.

“At Brendeck we believe in taking time to understand our clients’ requirements fully; we do this by utilising our expert sales, design and installation team,” the firm continued.

“Through consultation we design, specify, build and install the perfect vehicle wash system to suit your company’s individual requirements. The tender stage is vital as it allows us to work closely with your team to fully understand the type of system you require, its usage and bespoke features, its placement within your depot plus your installation and ongoing service requirements.

“At the outset we look to create accurate full working AutoCad drawings; these drawings are used to demonstrate specific build features, showing the vehicle wash system in situ within your depot, thus eliminating costly design and build errors later on in the process.”

The company added: “Our experienced installation team are all IPAF & CSCS certified, giving you peace of mind that the team can be left to work to the required standard without having to be managed by one of your staff. All civil works are continuously inspected to ensure no costly hiccups are encountered that could delay the project.”

Brendeck is also able to offer support to third-party wash systems via its team of experienced engineers.

“Making sure your vehicle wash systems run to maximum capacity is paramount to Brendeck; after installation we agree set servicing dates to ensure the smooth running of your operation, thus eliminating costly downtime. Our servicer plans cover all wash systems from wash gantries to hot/cold pressure washers.”

The company also now offers a range of cleaning chemicals, from traffic film removers to low foam brush wash chemicals. All are available in 20L drums, 1000L IBCs and now as top-ups as required.

New to the range is the Chem-Check monitoring system which, once installed on an onsite bunded tank, continuously monitors and reports current levels and usage to Brendeck, so the firm can inform users when due a top-up. A 7.2T delivery truck is then dispatched to dispense the correct amount via a built-in pump system.
